HackRTU was born in early 2025 as the first specialized industrial security company in Castilla y León (Spain).
Based in León, its main objective is to help the community by providing knowledge and building together with other organizations a culture of industrial security.

CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Technical Computer Engineer by the University of Oviedo (UNIOVI), University Expert in Industrial Security by the International University of La Rioja (UNIR) and University Master in Information and Communication Technologies Security by the Open University of Catalonia (UOC).
Recognized as an Offensive Security Expert by the Center for Industrial Cybersecurity (CCI), he has more than 130 reported vulnerabilities and a strong business knowledge to lead HackRTU as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
VÍCTOR BELLO CUEVAS
CTO & CO-FOUNDER
Graduated in Electronic, Industrial and Automatic Engineering from the University of León (ULE), Master in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oviedo (UNIOVI) and Professional Master in Industrial Security from the Industrial Cybersecurity Center (CCI).
Focused on the offensive part of industrial security, he has more than 50 reported vulnerabilities and has carried out projects of different kinds combining a strong technical knowledge with the use of regulations and reference standards.
